SOUND DESIGN WORKS:

CONCEPT - The Rhythmic “Waverhythm” That Holds the Room

The music for Meditation Focus is built around a gentle, living groove—a subtle rhythmic movement that softly wraps the whole space. It comes from three core layers:

  1. Forest Groove — Rhythm found in nature
We extract micro-rhythms from the forest: the pulse of birdsong, the sway of wind, the flutter of leaves. These natural cycles create an organic groove that feels alive and effortless.

  2. Solfeggio Frequency Oscillation — Centered on 528Hz
Instead of static tones, Solfeggio frequencies—especially 528Hz—are woven as gentle oscillations. They expand and contract like breath, producing an emotional warmth and subtle resonance.

  3. Oceanic Drift — Rhythms of waves
Wave patterns—rise, fall, return—are layered into the soundscape. This creates a slow rhythmic drift that synchronizes breath and supports relaxation.

RESULT — A room that breathes with you

When these layers merge, the sound becomes a soft, moving envelope: a steady, grounding waverhythm that guides participants toward calm and inner clarity.

It does not feel like “music is playing.”
It feels like the entire room is breathing with you.
