While Meditation Focus brings stillness, and Deep Focus activates clarity, Breath Flow is built around movement—the movement of breath. The session opens with journaling to release emotional weight. Then the sound bath begins, guided by musical cues that mirror the breath cycle:

• subtle rhythmic swells matching respiratory tempo
• forest-wave hybrid grooves creating a “breathing landscape”
